A Few Words About Us
Our Head Chef is Beintaris Iosif, previously a restaurant owner in Athens with many years of experience in “a la carte” catering in Naxos and Head Chef in several Small Luxury Hotels in Santorini and Mykonos. Iosif has enjoyed various collaborations with famous Michelin star Chefs both in Greece and abroad. A Graduate of Le Monde School (2002).
A connoisseur of traditional Greek and modern Mediterranean cuisine, together we will create your own special gastronomic memory.
