1. What is the cost of the service?
Pricing depends on the number of meals, number of days, type of service, selected menu, dietary requirements, number of guests, etc. Please contact us for further clarification.
2. Can I make changes to the proposed menu?
Of course yes! In consultation with the chef we can create unique menus for your particular culinary requirements. Alternative dishes can be presented to your guests according to their dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, raw vegan, allergies, etc.)
3. Are ingredients and drinks included in the price?
The ingredients are included in the price given, as part of your menu choice. Regarding drinks, our chef will be more than happy to suggest a multitude of combinations and taste preferences to accompany your meal. The service is provided by appointment.
4. When and how can I pay?
In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the agreed service cost is required by bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the service by card (visa, master, amex) or in cash.
5. What happens in case of cancellation?
We can return your deposit in case of cancellation up to 10 days before the reservation date. If you decide to cancel later unfortunately no refunds can be made due to pre-paid purchases for your event.
6. What is the duration of the service and the time available?
The duration of the service depends on the selected menu and the number of guests. The average duration is estimated to be around 2-4 hours including the preparation, presentation, serving of the meal and cleaning of the used space. Our team is available throughout the year with some changes to the menus based on seasonality.
